Deforestation as a result of indiscriminate cutting of trees, poor farming practices, bush burning and illegal mining activities. So many forest areas have been degraded and this has caused water sources to be polluted and land made to be infertile. Obri Komfo embarks on tree planting initiatives to help restore deteriorated forest lands and convert bare lands into fertile lands for farming purposes
Here are some of the trees and plants used. These include; mahogany, coast redwood, rosewood, eucalyptus, tectonic grandis (Teak) and moringa oleifera .They have nourishing and restoring abilities to land and water.
