AGRICULTURAL EDUCATION

Agricultural Education focuses on the dynamics in the growth of technology in recent times and its use in cultivating soil, growing food crops, and rearing livestock. Every human being depends on food primarily to live. Agricultural Educators teach a wide variety of skills, including communications, leadership, management, and application of appropriate technology in the agricultural industry. We contribute significantly to the agricultural entities by educating the youth about organic farming, animal husbandry, processing, and the proper application of fertilizers. We also educate them on large-scale farming which can help to defeat hunger in the country and contribute to achieving Sustainable Development Goal 2 (Zero Hunger). We provide these learners with opportunities right after they have gone through the learning process.

UPCOMING ACTIVITIES

• Encouraging large-scale organic farming in Ghana, especially in schools that teach agriculture.

OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT

To educate on organic farming to restore destroyed lands and plants. We want to help and encourage farmers or cultivators to grow maize, cassava, cashew, and cocoa, which can be exported and in turn, increase the country’s exports.
