OBRI KOMFO CHARITY TOUR
Obri Komfo Freedom Empowerment Organization plans on embarking on excursions and tours to several tourist destinations that express the true and rich history of Ghanaian culture. Ghana has some of the most popular tourist sites and landscapes in Africa and has a lot of educational and recreational benefits. We intend to tour with investors, volunteers, and donors to these destinations below:
1. Komfo Anokye Sword: This is located at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital in the Ashanti region of Ghana. The immovable sword was pushed into the ground 300 years ago by a chief priest named Komfo Anokye who bestowed the sword as a symbol of peace and unity among the Ashanti Kingdom.
2. Kakum National Park is one of the forest reserves, located in the coastal area in the Central Region of Ghana. The part is best known for its best feature, the canopy walkways suspended 27 meters above the forest ground level. Kakum National Park is a delightful place to visit.
3. Mole Nation Park is arguably one of the biggest forest reserves in Ghana. It is located on the savannah and serves as a wildlife refuge for most wild animals such as elephants, antelopes, deer, gazelles, lions, etc.
4. Paga Crocodile Pond is located in the Upper East region of Ghana and is inhabited by West African crocodiles. Paga Crocodile Pond is known for the friendliness of the crocodiles and their ability to create genuine bonds with humans. It also offers tourists an opportunity to view the outdoor slave camp protected by crocodiles.
Adomi Bridge, Akosombo Dam, Busua Beach, Keta Meet Me There, Ada Foah, Cape Three Point, and many others are the numerous destinations to be visited.
PACKAGES
• The tour fee for a solo tourist is EUR 500 for all trips
• In a group, each individual is required to pay a tour fee of EUR 250.
Tourists are allowed to choose up to 4 locations to visit. However, if an individual or group intends to visit additional locations and stay longer, an extra cost of EUR 50 will be charged on the tour fee.
