ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION

Environmental Education will help individuals to identify environmental issues and come up with problem-solving measures to provide the necessary and workable solutions to improve the environment. Individuals involved in this cause will develop a deeper understanding of human activities and their consequences on the environment. We desire members and the community to understand and implement best practices in taking care of the environment and the needed materials to make informed and responsible decisions. We aim at promoting a green and healthy environment through communal competitions, and public education, especially the side effects of filthy environments on families, the community, and the nation as a whole. Climate Change is at a defining moment globally as human activities are negatively affecting the changes in climate patterns. Irregular weather patterns and rising sea levels cause hunger and flood respectively. Goal 13 under the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development is aimed at combatting climate change and its impact by strengthening the resilience and adaptive capacity to hazards and climate-related natural disasters. Extensive education will take place to advise people on the need to plant more trees in our environment rather than cutting them down for industrial purposes. Afforestation, impact climate actions positively and helps in prolonging the lives of humans, plants and animals, and other inhabitants on earth whilst dealing with issues of soil degradation, and bare lands. We will create awareness, emphasizing how we endanger our environment with improper disposal of refuse on land and in water, excess excretion of fumes from vehicles and industrial machines, and indiscriminate felling of trees. It is our aim, to educate the public on the benefits of using public transport, dumping refuse at authorized places, and planting more trees in our environment.

RECYCLING EDUCATION

Today, waste recycling is not an option, but a necessity and its relevance must be known in all aspects of life. The duties and responsibilities in beautifying our environment through waste recycling should be noted by global citizens so that the present and future generations can live, work and thrive on a sustainable planet. According to the Center for Scientific Education, the actions we have taken so far do not guarantee a friendlier environment, partly because the measures will take years for changes to take effect. Furthermore, not all countries contribute in the same way. Given this, our organization seeks to reduce waste production or better still rely on recycling practices to eventually reverse the waste produced in our society. These activities will hopefully create employment and job opportunities and also lead to the emergence of leadership skills and entrepreneurial opportunities. We intend to come up with strategies such as ways to package, store, and recycle waste, with different field works and Organizations
